Ian Woolley left Australia to work in the USA, not a big deal now, but in the 80’s things were a touch different. It was the start of a journey which found him landing on the ground floor of Starbucks big boom! As the Chief of Staff/Head of Strategy and Business Operations for 25 years, he got to bring coffee to all corners of the world from Zurich to the Middle East and see it go from 400 stores in the states to 32,000 globally (Yeah, that’s a real number)
